This first week of July has brought rain and high water. The reservoir's of our East and West branches of the Delaware are both spilling at over capacity. This high water yields quality subsurface trout fishing on only a few sections of river. The river is high and muddy and needs to settle down a bit to restore quality summer bass fishing and moderate flows.
